Products & Descriptions

Each VÉSU piece may feature slight variations in texture, color, or finish — particularly the Gaia collection, which uses natural raw stones. These variations are not defects but signatures of the artisan process.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery timelines vary by destination. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country are your responsibility as the recipient. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
