We want you to love your VÉSU piece. If it isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How It Works

1. Reach out. Email contact@vesuatelier.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to do.

2. Get instructions. Our concierge team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the shipping address.

3. Send it back. Ship the item using a trackable service of your choice.

4. We'll handle the rest. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days of receiving your return. The credit goes back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.

Return Shipping

While we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered the dispatch phase yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
