Every order ships free. No minimums, no hidden fees at checkout — just the price you see, with delivery included. Each package is tracked and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

Every order follows the same careful journey:

Processing. 2–5 business days for quality inspection and packaging.

Transit. 7–15 business days depending on your location.

A tracking number will reach your inbox as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 3–5 days for the initial tracking status to update as your package moves through international hubs.

Address Changes & Customs

Need to update your shipping address? Email us at contact@vesuatelier.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it.

⚠️ Important Notice for EU & UK Customers (including Denmark, Germany, France, etc.):
Orders are shipped from outside the EU. Packages may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival, assessed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee. For Denmark, this typically includes 25% VAT (MOMS) on orders above DKK 80. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

For all other destinations: any customs duties or import taxes applied by your destination country are also the responsibility of the recipient.

The 30-Day Delivery Guarantee

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice. No questions asked.

*Excludes: Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria (due to international trade restrictions).

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@vesuatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional charge.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 24 hours (occasional carrier delays) then contact us — we will investigate and resolve it.
